About Bianca

Bianca brings over 20 years of international business experience to her role as an executive coach.

Following an early career in Banking, Bianca held multiple senior positions in Sales and after became a Transformation and Change Management Lead, working directly with board members to advise and support on global transformational strategies.

Bianca is a highly regarded executive and organizational coach certified by Columbia University, a member of the International Coaching Federation and Fellow of the Institute of Coaching at Mclean, Harvard Medical School.

Executive coaching is a confidential and supportive working alliance between the coach and the person being coached. Meeting one-on-one, the coach works with the client as a thought partner providing a safe personal reflective space, to ask often-challenging questions designed to help the client explore issues and situations from different angles and perspectives.

To deal effectively with uncertainty, it is crucial for leaders to “get off the dance floor and go to the balcony” being able to stand back from the day-to-day busy corporate life engaging in the flexible strategic thinking necessary to understand, gain perspective and rapidly react to unpredictable situations. The Five Behaviors™ Team Development Program

The program is an assessment-based learning experience that helps individuals and organizations reveal what it takes to build a truly cohesive and effective team. The program is grounded on The Five Behaviors™ Model based on best-selling book The Five Dysfunctions of a Team from Patrick Lencioni.

The Team Coaching Program(Hogan)

The program begins by assessing the team status quo based on the Hogan Team Report assessment results. From there, we work together during a workshop to create a specific and measurable plan for improvement.  This is not a one-off strategic off-site or team building, it is a program that includes an initial workshop, individual coaching sessions and a follow up workshop to analyze progress.

Women in Leadership Group Coaching

Women face different challenges in their career journey. Whether they are the only woman in the board of directors or pursuing a leadership position, most women will tell you that they find it difficult to deal with self-doubt, manage work- life balance and focus their development.

Women in Leadership is a three-month coaching program specially focused on women who want to unleash their potential, improve their leadership presence, their way of relating to themselves and to others and increase self-confidence. It is one-on-one coaching with weekly sessions typically via zoom or in person when possible.
